Regarding Returns and Refunds

The return and refund period is within 7 days of receiving the product.

❶ Product-Related Issues:
If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, we will cover the return shipping costs.
In this case, if the returned product is identical to your description, we will refund the full amount.

❷ Customer-Related Issues:
※Please note that we generally do not accept return requests due to customer-related reasons.
If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, please contact us after meeting the following conditions:
1. The item must be unused, undamaged, unstained, and all packaging and accessories must be complete and intact;
2. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt;
3. Return or exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer (cash on delivery is not accepted);
4. For bank transfers, please provide your bank account number via email.Regardless of the method, the refund amount will deduct the shipping costs and transfer fees we paid when shipping.

  • If you did not receive your package due to an extended period of absence from home, and the package is returned or needs to be resent, only the original shipping cost will be charged.
    For defective products, please return them. We will replace or refund you as soon as possible after receiving and confirming them.
    Please contact us via email first, then return the product via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express, with postage collect.
  • If the product you received does not match your order,
    please contact us via email, and we will inform you of the return/exchange process.
    ※We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays (and public holidays), so we will contact you on the next business day.
  • When contacting us, please provide the following information:
    1. Name of the defective product;
    2. Details of the defect;
    3. Must be within 7 days of receiving the product.

【Please check and try the following before contacting us】

(1) The battery may be low on power. Please try replacing it with a new battery;

(2) Please carefully check the positive and negative terminals of the battery;

(3) Ensure that there is no residual insulating material (such as plastic or white paper) in the battery compartment or on the battery itself;

(4) Some products require pressing and holding the "Power" button for about 5 seconds to turn on. This is common in toys.

Long press to turn the device on/off has become the standard operation recently.

【The following situations do not qualify for exchange】

(1) The product has been used;

(2) The product has been received for more than 7 days;

(3) The product has developed scratches, stains, etc. during your possession;

(4) The product is missing accessories, instructions, packaging, etc.;

(If you use our packaging service, this will not be affected)

(5) The product has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition by our store.
